Super Easy Spanish Omelet

Spanish Omelet

Ingredients
  • 2-4 Whole Omega-3 Eggs
  • ½ -1 cup of liquid egg whites
  • ½ Cup No sugar added Salsa or Homemade Pico de Gallo
  • peanut oil cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Heat skillet on medium heat.
  2. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook until almost completely firm.
  3. Flip the omelet.
  4. Place the salsa or pico on one side of the omelet, flip the other side on top, and slide onto a plate to enjoy.
