You Need A Reason

whyGetting and staying healthy and physically fit is not easy. No Duh, right?

It takes, time, effort, planning, commitment, dedication, motivation, inspiration and perspiration.

Pretty appealing, huh? 🙂

Think about it. You are probably going to have to do some things you aren’t doing right now.

Exercise 3 or 4 times a week, sleep seven to nine hours a night, drink 96 ounces of water a day, eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight every day.

Consistently. As in, all the time.

If I am going to do something that challenging, I am going to have to have a pretty good reason.

A wife of 30 years, 6 kids and 2 grandkids who I want to be around for. A business I love and want to stay active in for a long time. Goals, dreams and aspirations that involve more than sitting on the couch binge watching Netflix. Those are some of mine, and they work for me.

What about you?

What drives you?

I’d love to hear your answers below.
